Property Management Inspections and Maintenance

We specialize in:

We conduct inspections upon move-in and move-out that include documentation of the property’s condition. While your property is occupied, we conduct routine inspections to ensure that issues are addressed promptly and resolved to keep your investment in excellent condition.

  • Pre-leasing, move-in, and move-out inspections

  • Repairs to rental units

  • Electricity, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance

  • And much more

We conduct an extensive screening on any potential tenants at no additional cost to you and handle everything, from moving your qualified tenant in, to rent collection, to maintenance. You can count on us for the following:

  • A thorough screening for each new occupant, which will help avoid late rent payments.

  • All rent payments are collected by us every month. As long as we can get the tenant’s rent payment, we disburse your rental funds by the 10th business day.

  • In the case of late or missing payments, we notify the tenant of their breach of contract and try to communicate with the tenant to get rent paid and the situation worked out. If we do not get the late rent, we file the appropriate paperwork in the courts to get a hearing and if necessary, judgment and eviction. You will be kept up to date as the situation progresses and we take care of the problem.
