The First Providence Comprehensive Maintenance Partner Program offers property owners an innovative solution to manage property maintenance effectively without the burden of monthly property management fees. This program ensures peace of mind by providing access to a dedicated maintenance team, eliminating the hassle of searching for reliable handymen, managing service calls, and coordinating property renovations.

Annual Fee: Owners pay an annual Comprehensive Maintenance Partner Fee (CMP) of $125.

Property Management, Inspections, and Maintenance

At First Providence, we are your one-stop-shop for all of your property management inspection and maintenance needs. We will take the time to thoroughly examine your rental property before a new tenant moves in and afterward. Protecting and maintaining your investment is always our top priority and our team will go above and beyond to provide you with supportive and efficient maintenance you can count on.

Screening and Rent Collection

At First Providence, we remove the burden of screening and collecting rent from your tenants so that you can focus on more important things. We perform thorough screening for each new occupant, which will help avoid late rent payments.

All rent payments are collected by us every month. As long as we can get the tenant’s rent payment, we disburse your rental funds by the 10th business day. In the case of late or missing payments, we notify the tenant of their breach of contract and try to communicate with the tenant to get rent paid and the situation worked out. If we do not get the late rent, we file the appropriate paperwork in the courts to get a hearing and if necessary, judgment and eviction. You will be kept up to date as the situation progresses and we take care of the problem.

Marketing is essential to successful rentals. We provide a market analysis for each property for management services. We have access to data to assist in creating a marketing plan, analysis, and other research to maximize your investment.

Eviction Protection

We have a cost-effective program that protects our owners from the high cost and the time-consuming headaches that come with evicting a tenant so your investment is protected. This program helps guarantee property owners protection when residents fail to pay rent and eviction is a requirement.

We will always do our best to mitigate the situation so that eviction may be prevented.
