Pre-Rental Application

If you're thinking of renting one of our properties, we encourage you to submit the Pre-Application Form below. Applicants must meet certain criteria. (Required for Property Tours, Application is Free)

All applicants must have:

• A credit score of 640+
• Documented monthly income of 2.5 x the monthly rent.
• At least 12 consecutive months of working for the same employer, prior to applying for rental property.
• No evictions or rental judgements within the last 5 years
• No utilities bills in collections
• Must have prior rental history or prior/current home ownership before applying. Any first-time renters will be required to make a double deposit and/or have a cosigner.

First Providence qualifying criteria aims to provide fair housing for all applicants.
